Aynho Village Fete is here again! On Sunday 10-June at 2.00pm to 4.30pm in the grounds of the historic Aynhoe Park

All proceeds from the Fete help fund the operating costs for Aynho's St Michael's church.

Banbury Rock Choir

Be entertained by the Banbury Rock Choir – two performances 2.30 and 3.45pm

Flower & Plant Stall

Cut flowers, plants of all types, collections of herbs, Aynho apricot jams and chutneys! And more…

Two bars serving all refreshing summer drinks to suit all tastes.

Bottle Tombola

Aynho’s famous tables of bottles – try your luck in the barrel for 4 tickets for a £1

The Brackley Morris Men

One of the remaining traditional Cotswold Morris sides performing dances unique to Brackley and Northants.

Fete Programme

1.30pm : Gates open to the public

2.00pm : Fete opens (Registration for Dog Show and Entry for Races begin)

2.15pm : First Dog Demonstration

2.30pm : Banbury Rock Choir and Brackley Morris men Perform

2.45pm : Fun Dog Show (Handsomest Dog, Prettiest Bitch, Waggiest Tail)

3.00pm : Races (4-7 year olds: Egg and Spoon, Three Legged, Sack, Obstacle races)

3.30pm : Second Dog Demonstration (Agility)

3.45pm : Banbury Rock Choir and Brackley Morris men Perform

4.00pm : Fun Dog Show (Most like the Owner, Scruffiest Dog/Bitch, and  Best in Show)

4.00pm : Races 8 -11 year olds (Three legged, sack) family water race, and Mini Dash for 2/3 year olds and teenager/adult sack race (4 persons)

4.20pm : Raffle Draws

5.00pm : Fete closes

Parking

Whilst there's no parking available at Aynhoe Park itself during the Fete there is plentiful parking across the village. The main car park will be signed from the B4100. Disabled badge drivers can park at St. Michaels Church car park directly next door to Aynhoe Park. A “Drop and Turn” facility is also provided at the entrance and will be signed. All parking is within a few minutes (max 4) from the Fete.

If you're travelling by car set your SatNav for OX17 3BH. Aynho is located on the B4100 in between Banbury and Bicester and approx. 5-miles from J10 of the M40.
